How to Successfully Break or Create Habits

Want to develop better eating, exercise or meditation habits? Do you struggle with breaking smoking, drinking, porn or other self-destructive habits? The other day I came across a fantastic video series on YouTube by Improvement Pill on how to break, form or change our habits.

This is a great series of short, digestible videos that lay out how habits form, what role willpower plays, and how to put habits into place or alter them in a way that meshes with our human psychology and behavioral patterns for optimal success. I’ve picked up a number of tips from the series to help me with my 2020 Resolution: Meditate 100 Hours. The tips made an impact from day one!
